CLAY | ArtBySamson

Built by Hand

Art by Samson is rooted in making — working directly with materials to shape spaces, objects, and surfaces that feel solid, honest, and lived in.

Trained as a graphic designer, Samson has spent years moving between visual communication and physical craft. He works with metal, wood, clay, and lime — transforming raw and reclaimed materials into functional structures and tactile surfaces.

His approach bridges design and craftsmanship. From steel lamps and sculptural builds to clay floors, walls, and natural plaster, each project balances form, function, and material presence.

Samson is currently training as a carpenter. Larger construction projects are therefore carried out through his apprenticeship company. Selected clay work, natural surfaces, and artistic studio projects are handled directly through Art by Samson — often as part of larger builds.
